TED talks are always inspirational, and I love the way the experts can both open my mind, and change it.
I’ve spent years researching holistic methods of relieving stress, and I know how the mind affects the body, with science confirming how energy works.
I’ve come across body language in the context of revealing your true emotions, but this video by Amy Cuddy explains how you can not only appear more confident – but, by repeating these postures for 2 minutes at a time – you can become more confident. The actions of the body can change the way your mind feels.
