If you don’t work towards creating balance – you will find you can’t work efficiently, or maximize all of your abilities. It’s understandable that, as an entrepreneur, your imagination is full of new ideas . . . but you have to know how to become still, create a place of peace and calm, to allow what is important for you to focus on to rise to the surface.
Many of the most successful businessmen meditate in one form or another, and this is where their best ideas are discovered, and formulated. Constant action will only wear you out, and you will miss everything that is really important.
I’ve started a board on Pinterest “Views to Escape To”, to encourage you to take regular breaks. Choose which view you prefer, and simply imagine you’re there. Take some slow, deep breaths for a couple of minutes, and feel the tension ease from your shoulders again.
Re-charging your batteries before they’re completely flat will prevent you from becoming tired and frustrated. This is the 3rd Stage in the Process to becoming a successful entrepreneur, and I will be adding information to show you stress management tips. Once you’re relaxed, that’s when you’re at your most productive.
Starting a new business will always be stressful, but when you learn how to let stress go, and not let it affect you, life will be a smoother and more enjoyable ride.
All 3 Stages will bring you balance, which will give you a life filled with pleasure, and satisfaction, and gratitude.
Stress is a byproduct of subconscious beliefs you have about the world. You can’t choose not to believe something. You believe it because you think it’s true. To eliminate stress, you must learn to challenge these beliefs so that you see them differently.

The more tranquil a man becomes, the greater is his success, his influence, his power for good. Calmness of mind is one of the beautiful jewels of wisdom.
